Dayton Bath Co. at a glance
Dayton Bath Company is a small, family-owned business. Jobs are handled one at a time which allows for a more deliberate, methodical approach to layout, waterproofing, tile work, and finish details—without being rushed to keep up with volume. I won't promise you a "one day remodel" but I can guarantee it will be done correctly.
I came into this industry almost 20 years ago by chance. I worked my way up as an employee for the first seven years and loved almost every minute of it. Now, I get to offer homeowners a better alternative to the high-pressure sales tactics and inflated pricing that often come with large remodeling companies. My approach is simple: honest work, fair pricing, and results that speak for themselves.
Why homeowners choose Dayton Bath Company
- Direct communication from start to finish
You deal with me—not a project manager or a rotating crew. Questions get answered quickly, and nothing gets lost in translation. - Consistent, high-quality craftsmanship
I’m on every job, every day, and we only take on one job at a time. That level of involvement means tighter attention to detail and a finished product I stand behind. - No overhead-driven pricing
Big companies carry big costs—sales teams, offices, advertising, fleets of fancy new trucks. We don’t. That allows us to offer competitive pricing without cutting corners. - No pressure, no gimmicks
You won’t get a drawn-out sales pitch or “today-only” discounts. Just straightforward recommendations and transparent quotes. - Respect for your home and your time
I keep a clean jobsite, show up when I say I will, and work efficiently to minimize disruption.
What I Do
I primarily take on residential bathroom remodels, including:
- Full bathroom renovations
- Shower and tub replacements
- Tile installation
- Vanity and fixture updates
- Small bathroom repairs and improvements
Kitchen remodeling is also available for select projects. Ask about cabinet refinishing capabilities.
How It Works
Projects are managed directly without layers of sales or project managers or several tradesmen. A general contractor is only as good as the subcontractors he or she hires. I don't have to worry about that, neither do you.
- Initial in-person meeting to review the space and scope of work
- Clear estimate based on the work required
- Scheduled start date and consistent progress with updates every day
- Completion and final walkthrough
